These Scouts are Our Future The Narragansett Council, which serves 17,000 young people each year, salutes our Eagle Scouts and their accomplishments both in and out of Scouting. Nationally, only four percent of Boy Scouts reach the rank of Eagle. To do so, a Scout must undertake an extensive service project, which they plan, organize, lead and manage. The projects require outstanding commitment and dedication, as is clearly displayed on this site. The Council is proud of our Eagle Scouts’ success and personal growth throughout their years in Scouting.
